Welcome to The Good Kitchen!
When Amber first started The Good Kitchen, she had a simple concept in mind: to make nutritious, healthy and great tasting meals easily accessible to everyone. It’s a rather simple concept, borne out of her own life experiences, having seen firsthand the importance of eating well in order to live better. For herself and her family.
Yet so many of us have so much on our plates these days that it becomes hard to prioritize everything. No matter how busy we are, we shouldn’t have to compromise on our nutrition. Finding organic, sustainable and responsibly-sourced meals while balancing out life should be easy. And now it is.
The Good Kitchen has made it easy to heat-and-eat delicious, high quality, prepared meals that can be delivered wherever and whenever you want them. Peace of mind included. We make sure our farmers and producers meet the highest ethical and sustainability standards. From there, we artfully craft all of the ingredients into delicious, chef-driven meals that are as tasty as they are healthy. All you have to do is heat, eat and enjoy. Oh, and think about what you’re going to do with all that extra time.

TGK For Sustainable Sourcing
We believe that you are not only what you eat – You are what you eat eats. In other words, your fuel sources need to be bulletproof right down to the soil.
The Difference is in the Details
One of the differentiating components of The Good Kitchen and the service we provide is how we source the ingredients we use in our meals. We look at our ingredients with the same integrity as those we feed ourselves. This means we only want the best; for us, and for you. We use only 100% Grass-Fed and grass-finished beef, pasture-raised poultry, pork, eggs, lamb and turkey, and Seafood Watch compliant seafood items.
We work with farmers like Hickory Nut Gap in Fairview, NC, who utilize Animal Welfare standards and GAP certifications, promote sustainability and – through recent partnerships with Savory Institute – are working to push sustainability a step further to encompass regenerative agriculture. We source produce from farms and farmers using Organic practices.
How to Enjoy Your First Meal!
1. Remove band from tray and leave clear film intact.
2. Set power on HIGH for 3 to 5 minutes.* While cooking, dome will form over meal.
3. For best results, continue cooking as dome forms and stop microwave as soon as dome begins to deflate — you may also hear air escaping the dome.
4. Meal is hot! Let sit for 1 minute to allow dome to fully deflate before removing clear film.
5. Avoid contact with escaping steam. Peel back film from corner of tray and enjoy!
For best results allow seafood meals to thaw in refrigerator overnight before heating. *Microwave times may vary.
