We value customer feedback and are constantly striving to provide the best experience possible. From shipping to meal selection and account management, recycling instructions to order changes, here are the five most frequently asked questions we come across. 

 


 

1. When will my order ship? Can I receive my shipment on a different day? It’s Monday; Where is my package?

 

  1. All orders ship on Mondays via UPS. Depending on your location, your delivery will arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday. You will receive a tracking number once the order has been scanned by UPS.

  2. We are unable to ship packages on any other day at this time. If you will not be in town for your delivery, you can suspend your order for a week to ensure your meals are arriving when you are available. Or, schedule delivery wherever your temporary location may be.

 

2. Can you tell me what meals I ordered?

 

When you save your meal selection, you will receive an email confirming the meals you will be receiving. You can also check your order by clicking the “Orders” tab when logged into your account dashboard

 

3. Where's my order or tracking number? 

 

Once your order ships on Monday, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

 

4. Can I suspend/cancel at any time? Can I change my subscription size/frequency? 

 

  1. You can suspend or cancel your subscription at any time. Once your order has Processed, any changes including cancellations or suspensions to the order will not be possible.

  2. You can suspend your deliveries for up to 45 days using our calendar feature. When you log into your account, click on “Manage Plan” then “Suspend”. You can then pick what Monday you would like your next order to ship.

  3. You can change the number of meals and the frequency at any point. However, once your order has Processed, any changes to the order will not be possible. To make those changes, go to to your account and “Manage Plan” then “Manage Plan” again. Here you can adjust the number of meals you receive and the frequency.

5. What do I do with the box & packing material? 

 

  1. All of our packing and shipping materials are recyclable. Our white food trays and film are 100% recyclable. After you finish your meal, simply wipe or rinse away the excess food before placing them in the recycle bin.

  2. Our ice packs are made with 100% biodegradable water based gel. To dispose of the packs, snip the end of the bag and pour the liquid down your drain before recycling the empty plastic bag.

  3. Our clear plastic liner is entirely recyclable and can be placed directly into your recycle bin. These liners are made with 100% recycled plastic bottles.
